The Standard as we have adopted?

Let me first introduce myself and my wife. I am Rick Crouch With my wife Julia. We have 12 Mioritics that we have purchased and shipped over here to the USA. The problem we have found is that the Mioritics we have purchased some have some really bad faults. ie. bad hips bad eyes bad hearts and elbows. Out of the 12 we have imported only 3 have passed the OFA standards for a preservationist Breeder.(we are currently the only Breeder in the United States). We love this breed and their temperaments.couple of questions. Why is that some dogs or bitches for that matter, tend to move high in the rear? We would also like to know if there is a list or testing of hips and such in Romania? We have a waiting list for our puppies and are very stringent on whom they go to. All our Mioritics are registered through AKC FSS. We have hopes one day of being allowed into the regular classes. I do feel like there were times we were taken advantage of but such is the roll of the dice.
