BRIEF  HISTORICAL  SUMMARY :  The Romanian Mioritic  Shepherd Dog was  selected from a
natural breed of the Carpathian mountains, the principle reason  being utility.  This breed has many 
fanciers in Romania because of its vigorous appearance. 
The standard was  drafted by  the Romanian Cynological  Association in 1981. The Technical 
Commission of the R.C.A. adapted and revised the Standard on 29.03.2002 to conform to the F.C.I 
model established in Jerusalem.

GENERAL APPEARANCE : A large dog but never heavy; vigorous and spectacular.  The coat is 
long and well furnished on the head, all of the body and the limbs.  Males are taller and stronger
than females.

IMPORTANT PROPORTIONS :

• · The length of the body / height at withers 11 : 10.
  · The depth of chest should be approximately half of the height at the withers.
  · The muzzle is slightly shorter than the skull.

BEHAVIOUR / TEMPERAMENT : A calm and stable dog.  A good herd dog, very courageous and
efficient  fighter against  possible animals  prey  (bear,  wolf,  lynx).  Wary  of strangers.  He  likes 
children.

HEAD

CRANIAL REGION : 

Skull : Moderate width,  slightly domed.  The upper profiles of  the skull and muzzle are almost 
parallel.  Seen from the front  the upper line is  slightly  domed.  The zygomatic  arches  are only 
slightly defined.  Occipital protuberance well defined. 

Stop : Not too pronounced. 
FACIAL REGION : 
Nose :  Wide, well developed, black. 
Muzzle : A little shorter than the skull; well developed, tapering progressively towards the nose but 
never pointed; strong underjaw. 
Lips : Thick, tight, strongly pigmented. 
Jaws/Teeth :  Powerful  jaws;  complete dentition, strong and healthy  with well set  white teeth; 
scissor bite. 
Cheeks : Not protruding. 
Eyes  : Moderate size,  oblique;  the colour is  hazel,  dark  brown or slightly  lighter,  never yellow. 
Eyelids well pigmented.  Calm and intelligent expression.

Ears : Relatively high set, “V” shaped with the tip slightly rounded, 10­15 cm long, hanging closely 
to the cheeks : cropping forbidden.
NECK : Moderate length, broad and powerful, without dewlap.
BODY : Well developed. 
Topline : Straight and solid. 
Withers : Moderately defined. 
Back : Horizontal, strong and muscled. 
Loin : Moderately long, wide and very muscular. 
Croup : Muscled and moderately sloping towards the base of the tail. 
Chest :  Not too long, broad, depth being approximately half of the height at the withers, ribs well 
sprung. 
Underline : Slight tuck up without being whippety.
TAIL : High set­on.  At rest, it is carried hanging, reaching or lower than the hock; when the dog is 
alert or in action, the tail is carried higher, slightly curved, sometimes above the topline but never
curled over the back.  Docking is forbidden.

LIMBS

FOREQUARTERS : Upright, seen from the front or the side. 
Shoulder : Moderate length, oblique, very muscular and well attached. The scapula­humerus angle 
is approximately 100°­105°. 
Upper arm : Moderate length, well muscled. 
Elbow : Close to the body, turning neither in or out. 
Forearm : Sufficiently long, powerful and muscled. 
Carpal joint : Firm. 
Metacarpus (pastern) : Slightly sloping seen from the side. 
Feet : Oval, compact and massive, toes are tight and arched, nails ash­grey colour. 
HINDQUARTERS  :  Very  muscular  and powerful,  straight  and parallel seen from behind. 
Angulations only slightly open. 
Upper thigh : Long, broad and very muscular. 
Stifle : The femur­tibial angle is approximately 100°­105°. 
Lower thigh : Sufficiently long, muscled with good bone. 
Hocks : Moderate height, strong, well bent, turning neither in nor out. 
Metatarsus  (rear pastern) :  Not too long,  robust and almost  vertical,  seen from the side.  The
presence of dewclaws should not be penalized. 
Feet : Slightly longer than the front feet.

GAIT /  MOVEMENT :  Harmonious,  free,  well  coordinated,  powerful  and effortless.  The trot  is 
preferred.  The gallop is sustained and balanced.

SKIN : Thick, tight fitting and well pigmented.

COAT

HAIR : The coat is abundant and the head and body, harsh texture, straight and minimum length of 
10 cm.  The undercoat is more dense and supple and of a lighter colour.  On the limbs the coat is 
shorter.  The tail is well furnished. 

COLOUR : 
Piebald : The ground colour must be white with well defined black  or grey markings. 
Solid colours : Solid white or solid grey.

SIZE AND WEIGHT : 
Male :  minimum 70 cm – ideal height 75 cm. 
Female :  minimum 65 cm ­  ideal height 70 cm. 
Weight : In proportion to the size.

FAULTS : Any departure from the foregoing points should be considered a fault and the
seriousness with which the fault should be regarded should be in exact proportion to its degree
and its effect upon the health and welfare of the dog.

• · Overweight or weak subject.
  · Tail curled or carried in a ring.
  · Absence of teeth, other than PM1.
  · Elbows turned in or out.
  · Heavy gait.

SERIOUS FAULTS :

• · Sexual characters not sufficiently marked.
  · Untypical expression.
  · Round, protruding eyes.
  · Wall eye.
  · Erect ears.
  · Coat too short (less than 8 cm).
  · Curly coat or of a texture other than described in the standard.
  · Topline sagging, arched or dipping.
  · Spreading feet, turned out or in.
  · Rear limbs : angulation too open.
  · Cowhocks.
  · Presence of brindle markings.

ELIMINATING FAULTS :

• · Aggressive or overly shy.
  · Untypical subject.
  · Absence of incisives or canines.
  · Overshot or undershot.
  · Albinism.
  · Naturally absent or naturally short tail.
  · Docked tail.
  · Height at the withers less than 68 cm for males.
  · Height at the withers less than 63 cm for females.

Any dog clearly showing physical or behavioural abnormalities shall be disqualified.

N.B. : Male animals should have two apparently normal testicles fully descended into the scrotum.

NOTE

After studying the complete documentation that was laid down as a result of the solicitation of MAA regarding the situation of the Romanian chinologycal movement, from the juridical and factual point of view were considered the following:
1. The legal existence of the chinologycal associations:

a.The Chinologycal Association from Romania (AChR)-registered on the 3rd of September 1976, under the initial name of Romanian Chinologycal Association from RSR, founded by the General Assembly of the Founding Members on the 10th of May 1975, based in Calea Mosilor, no.128, registered with the file no.4407/PJ/1976 at the Court of Law no.3, Bucharest.
Its president is Mr. Vasile Maier, beginning on the 20th of July, 1996, according to the Ruling of the Court of Law no.2, Bucharest, pronounced on 30th of June, 1999, in the same file no.4407/PJ/1976.

b.The Union of the Independent Chinologycal Association in Romania(UAChIR) founded on the 21st of September 1990, file no. 2097/PJ/1990, Court of Law no. 1, Bucharest, based in Bucharest, Popa Tatu Street, no.61, sector.1.

Other elements regarding the identification of the hereabove mentioned were not received till the deadline was due according to the convocation letter of MAA, the Cabinet of the Minister no. 1267/05/19/2000.

c.The National Club of Romanian Shepherd dogs (CNCCR)-registered on the 13th of April 1998, founded by the General Assembley of the Founding Members in December 1997, registered by Civil Sentence no.54, file no. 73/PJ/1998, TMB section 4 Civil. CNCCR is based in Dionisie Lupu, 47, Bucharest and is represented by Mr. Cezar Osiceanu as a president, from the day of entering into force up to the present.

c)MAA letter- the Cabinet of the Secretary of State no.17176/AD/09/28/1998 where CNCCR is named as the only habilitated organization to represent at the national and international level the issues regarding the Romanian Shepherd Dogs.

In the particular case of the CNCCR, the notification and the decision of representation was granted after a preliminary verification of its results from juridical and organizational point of view.

3. From the analysis and verification of the whole documentation that were laid down at the file by each of the three associations convened, came out the following:

a)The existence of two associations that pretend to be identically named (AChR), having two different boards, headquarters and bank accounts, fact that is not according to the law in force.
b)The existence of a certain number of trails in the last 5 years and still unsolved between the two
associations mentioned at a) above

c)The distruction of the database regarding the records of all the pedigree dogs in Romania; this situation appeared by using double records, lack of control of the modalities of registration, evidence and issuance of the papers of origin (pedigree), and by the illegal usage of the signs and distinguishing marks of some international institutions where Romania is a member(UAChIR) used the sigle of the FCI on the papers of origin issued between 1990 and 1995

d)The repeated and systematical violation of the national and international norms regarding the registration and the correct issuance on time of the pedigrees (not to use the Romanian language in the official papers, to use in the same time several types of pedigrees, the uncontrolled
changing of the pedigrees of the dogs that come from countried that are not members of FCI

e)The very bad results got by the two rival fractions of AChR and by the UAChIR in the national and international competitions led to the revokation by FCI of the results obtain in international contests that took place in Romania betwwn 1990-1995
All these led to the scission of the Romanian chinologycal movement and to maintain the status of Romania as associated member of FCI instead of having already the status of full member, as it would have been normal as the result of the positive evolution of the national chinology.
As an important consequence of disobeying the juridical decisions as they were issued by the Court of Law, it is very probable for Romania to be excluded from FCI, as a result of a possible revocation of the whole activity of the national chinology registered at FCI after 17th, March, 1999.
When the Civil Decision nno.606/filr5012/1998 of the Court of Appeal, Bucharest, sector III Civil was pronounced , and the violation of the Protocol of Unification signed between the two parts in conflict that had as due time to be applied on the 15thof November, 1999.

4. The outrunning of the legal attribution by AChR and UAChIR, attributions that are stipulated into the decisions of MAA, has been made by:
a) unauthorized and unregistered Customs Examinations

b) the illegal setting up and cashing of some Customs examination taxes

c) the violation of the copyright by imposing a tax for international protection of the affix of breeder

d) the violation of the legislation in force regarding the cashing , registration and declaration of the sums of money in foreign currency from Romanian citizens.

5. Regarding the problem of international homologation of the native breeds of dogs, were considered the following:
a) The lack of certain texts of breed standards for Romanian Shepherd dogs till April 1998 in the archive of MAA, although the request for their registration was approved before 1989 by the minister of agriculture in charge at that time

b)The incorrect and incomplete homologation file of Romanian Shepherd dogs , sent by AChR in 1995 to FCI and rejected as it was (the file contained instead of 8blood lines on the generation only 5, the names of the nests did not follow the international norms , the photo section was useless because of the technical quality of the photographs and of the samples photographed, the translations were inaccurate) as it
is obvious from the reply sent by the President of the Standards Commission of FCI at that time.

c)To strictly follow the norms and demands regarding the zoometric measures necessary for a correct standardization of Romanian Shepherd dogs was performed only on the 12th of April, 1998, by CNCCR,the Faculty of Veterenary Medicine in Bucharest, belonging to the University of Agriculture and Veterenary Medicine in Bucharest. A mixed team formed by representatives of CNCCR, Faculty of Veterenary Medicine and referees of AChR, Calea Mosilor, 128, led by PhD. Ioan Miclaus, the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine examined a number of 426 samples from all over the country.
At this action were also invited referees of CNCCR -Popa Tatu, 61 Mr. Attila Kelemen included, who officially refused to officiate.

d)The official registration of the only standards in force for Romanian Shepherd dogs at MAA was made on the basis of the common request of CNCCR and Faculty of Veterenary Medicine , Bucharest, in April 1998.

e)The deficient registration activity of Romanian Shepherd dogs by the two rival factions from AChR and UAChIR was performed by: the usage of incomplete pedigrees , unregistered, unissued, mistaken and even false.

f)The disobeying of the persons hereabove mentioned of the authority that CNCCR was invested by MAA by facts that are against both the legislation in force and the national interest by establishing and publishing mistaken and incomplete standards different from those published by CNCCR and MAA, created by different means confusion at national level among the breeders and owners.

g)The boycott of the actions of CNCCR that brought in Bucharest the number one in the world chinology, the President of the Standard Commission of FCI, dr. J.M. Paschoud, in order to elaborate and verify the international homologation file of Romanian Shepherd dogs, by the circular letter sent by Mr. Petru Muntean.

h)The public recognition of Mr. Attila Kelemen of the premeditated disobeying of the decision of MAA given to CNCCR, published in 'Ziua' Newspaper.

CONCLUSIONS :

The homologation file of the breed of Romanian Shepherd dogs is ready to be handed over. Today the CNCCR has 20 blood lines on three known generations , without consanguinity(FCI requires minimum , the photo album is correctly made, the club has a strong internal infrastructure (10 branches-Bucharest, Azuga, Abrud, Craiova, Braila, Galati, Timisoara, Piatra_Neamt, Sibiu, Targoviste, Targu-Mures) and
international (USA, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium), the standard was elaborated and edited together with the president at that time of the Standards Commission of FCI, that sow the most valuable samples of the breed and personally checking the whole homologation file.
Because of the conflict from juridical and organizatorical point of view that lasts from 1990 by now, Romania can not hand over the homologation file hereabove mentioned, can not take part into the World Championship from 22-25 June 2000,in Milan, and can not be full member of FCI, and being in danger to be excluded from FCI, on the reasons stipulated hereabove.
This note fundaments totally the necessity of reorganizing the Romanian Chinologycal movement, for a better representation at national and international level.

Dear Mr. Secretary General,

After analyzing the administrative complaint registered with you under the number 20/5497/RS/12.07.2000 (submitted to you one day before
the Government’s meeting during which it was to be discussed the draft of the Governmental Decision for the completion of HG 1223/1996), complaint received from the so called “Romanian Kennel Association”, signed by Petru Munteanu in his capacity as president of the above “association”, we bring to your attention the official position of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture:
1.There is no association legally registered under the name of the “Romanian Kennel Association” with headoffices at 61, Popa Tatu Str., and has no registered president with the name of Petru Munteanu.
2.There is one association called the “Romanian Kennel Association” registered under the number 4407/PJ/1976 with head offices at 128, Calea Mosilor, having as president Mr. Vasile Maier, as per the final Civil Decision nr. 606 of 17 March 1999 issued by the Bucharest Tribunal and the one dated 30 June 1999 of the Bucharest Court, judged as final on 24 August 1999. Moreover, the letter nr. 033/30.06.2000 of the Romanian Kennel Association, addressed to Mr. Prime Minister, which copy we herewith attach, confirms all of the above and, more, informs us about the annulment of the stamp illegally used by Mr. Petru Munteanu.
3.The claimant misled the national and international public by illegally using the name of the association who they tried to substitute, with tragic repercussions today. They also mislead the International Kennel Federation (IKF). Only through a last minute intervention of our Ministry we could avoid Romania being expelled from the Federation, as well as the Romanian participation at the World Championship in Milan with the Romanian Shepherd dogs presentation.
4.Considering the approval of the legal measures to establish the Romanian National Kennel Authority as well as establishing the common measures necessary in order to avoid a possible international conflict which might arouse due to the fact that the IKF ignored the decisions made by the Romanian instances, received by them in official translation, the FCI therefore established a working meeting in Vienna, on 13 August 2000 with the representatives of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. This underlines once more the necessity of a fast approval of the Governmental Decision for the completion of HG 1223/1996, in the form presented by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
5.The proposal regarding the establishment of the Romanian National Kennel Authority as a specialized commission, internationally representative, was made following preliminary consultations with the FCI and based on its statutes. We notice that the FCI’s statutes provides for the existence of a sole habilitated organization, expressly approved as such by the countries’ Governments (such habilitation was
granted in Romania by the Ministry for Food and Agriculture only for the Romanian Kennel Association with headoffices at 128, Calea Mosilor).
6.With regards to the so-called violation of the free association right and to the relationship between the public authority and the representatives of the associations, as described by the Ordinance 26/2000, we consider such allegations false and obviously meant
to mislead. The statutes of the Romanian National Kennel Authority, as stipulated by the draft for the completion of HG 1223/1996, mentions that this Authority will act as a centralized specialized commission which will elaborate the technical norms and the methodology for the entire kennel activity.
The Authority will also make available a series of means and instruments necessary for the carrying out of the kenneling activity. The Authority will, by no means, become an administrative structure for the management of the activities carried out by various kennel associations and foundations, as erroneously presented by the claimant. Moreover, according to the legislation in force, especially Law 40/1975 and HG
1223/1996, preparation of the technical programs of breeding, improvement and reproduction of all animal species are the task of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and its specialized subordinated structure. The Romanian National Kennel Authority, subordinated to the ANARZ, will have as main task the elaboration of the methodological norms regarding the breeding, improvement and reproduction of dogs, as ANARZ is currently doing for other animal species.

We also send you, attached, an analysis of the files submitted by the claimant as well as by other legally constituted associations to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for an updated evaluation of the kenneling activity in Romania. The analysis contains references to the above-mentioned files that, at your request, we will be glad to submit to you for further analysis.

Fakes with a fur

Non pedigree dogs are being fraudulently ‘ennobled’,
introduced to domestic and international dog shows and
then sold for good money. The practice of false canine
certificates of origin is being fostered by the
management of the kennel associations in Romania,
before the approving eyes of the International
Kenneling Federation (Federation Canine
Internationale-FCI).
Those who are willing to pay a lot of money for a
pedigree dog can get a ‘champion’ that is fabricated
on paper, born of fictitious parents, born six months
after the death of the mother or of two male dogs as
parents.
The forgery of canine certificates of origin is among
the most spread and profitable practices vouched for
by various members in the management of the Romanian
kennel associations. Given the fact that a pedigree
puppy sells for 200 to 500 USD, varying with breed,
and that a nest of six puppies is worth from 1,200 to
3,600 USD, the temptation of the pedigree
‘manufacturers’ is explicable.

Mechanism of canine forgeries

The Union of Independent Kennel Associations in
Romania (UAChIR) , based in Bucharest, was issuing
false pedigree certificates drafted in Timisoara under
the auspices of the Kennel Association of Romania
(AChR) and of the International Kenneling Federation
(FCI), in spite of it not being a member of either
and, moreover, of being engaged in an open legal
litigation with the AChR. The two seemingly rival
associations would be, in reality, jointly endorsing
the system of false certificates of origin and of
‘arranged’ arbitrages: the UAChIR needed the logo of
the AChR because of the latter’s affiliation with the
FCI, and the AChR – not having an archive and the
competence of issuing papers – would be using the
UAChIR’s right of issuing certificates. The entire
operation was conducted in Timisoara, because the Book
of Romanian Origin (COR), a record of all the Romanian
dogs with a pedigree - had been re-located there.



In good faith

‘We have issued pedigree certificates under the logo
of the AchR and FCI, although we were with the UAChIR.
We had the index. We had a complete record, from the
first dog. There are many certificates where the COR
code is not mentioned’ – Simon Terezia, formerly the
secretary of the COR, stated for the ‘Banateanul.
‘However, when the dog was taken to the show to be
assigned a pedigree, there they asked for the names of
the mother and of the father. All declarations made by
other breeders are considered to have been made in
good faith. At some stage, there were 500 unregistered
nests (a nest has a minimum of four dogs – our note)!
No one would issue a pedigree certificate, because
they no longer knew who voted for whom. And yet, the
major issue in Romania is with the imported dogs. 90
per cent of the pedigree certificates are fake! There
are many people doing that for a living! They import
dogs and here they apply for a pedigree. In Hungary a
dog industry has already developed. We are still small
compared to what the Hungarians and the Germans do!’ -
adds Terezia.

False pedigree

The entire archive of the Book of Romanian Origin
(COR), for a relatively long time, had been stored at
Simon Terezia’s home. ‘My entire home was all an
archive. The papers were received from all around the
country. The payment was made in Bucharest and the
papers were issued here. From 1991 until 1996, the
papers of origin for the entire country were issued
here, because here there was the largest pool of dogs’
– stated the former COR secretary. ‘All the papers are
false! The majority of the dogs are imported from
Hungary and then they are given false pedigree
certificates. You simply cannot imagine the mess that
we now have in the kenneling area!’ – says Bruno Balo,
dog referee and former COR secretary. Nevertheless,
the FCI has recognised all those papers!

Fraud tolerated by the Ministry of Agriculture

The mechanism of the false documents has been
tolerated by the Ministry of Agriculture that, despite
the numerous complaints received from the Romanian
Shepherd Dogs National Club (CNCCR) raising the
illegalities committed by AchR, UAChIR and the Canine
Association of the City of Bucharest (AchMB) – that
doesn’t even exist from a legal point of view, but,
paradoxically, has a tax code and a back account! – in
2004 passed an order (signed by former minister Ilie
Sarbu) under which the Canine Association of Romania
is exclusively assigned in homologating the Romanian
shepherd dogs, canceling a decision from 1998 giving
that competence to CNCCR.

Under the FCI’s fostership

The International Kennelling Federation-Federation
Canine Internationale (FCI) tolerates the Romanian
canine fraud for a reason that is quite easy to grasp:
a quarter of the canine show registration fee (EUR 30
– 40 per dog) is paid into the accounts of the
Federation. Now, supposing that a minimum of 80 dogs
took part in such a show, (but the number of
participants may be as large as 1,000), and given that
five to seven different international dog shows are
organised every week, the FCI budget becomes a couple
of thousands of Euro richer on the average with each
and every dog show!

Symbolic declared incomes

The data provided by the Timis Directorate for Public
Finance suggest that the members of the canine
associations who had been paid for acting as referees
at national or international contests declared
symbolic incomes that are far from what a referee
actually makes from doing such a work. The average fee
payable to a referee for a domestic contest is 8 – 9
million ROL, and 15 to 16 million ROL for an
international contest. At a national contest, a
referee judges 60 to 70 dogs, and the show charge for
a dog ranges from ROL 500,000 to ROL 2 M. The charge
per dog at an international show is EUR 40, 10 EUR of
which goes to the referee.

Judgement on request

‘There is a genuine Mafia of the dog referees in
Romania. The referee can judge in favour or against a
specific dog, as he has the ultimate decision’, Bruno
Balo who has been a show referee himself, told the
‘Banateanul’ weekly. Balo claims that at a show in
1995, he had been advised by Atilla Kelemen, the head
of the referees’ committees in Romania, to elect a
Bucharest lady deputy’s dog as champion. ‘It was a
Dalmatian with as many spots as you have now! Kelemen
came to me and said: ‘Be careful, this dog has to be
given a prize!’ The dog had very few spots, and was
keeping its tail up. ‘Any dog with this major flaw
should be excluded from the contest from the very
beginning. Normally I couldn’t have awarded that dog
the title of champion. And yet, I did’, says Balo.

Succinct history

The Romanian canine movement has been underlined by
interminable quarrels among the relevant rival
associations. The Romanian Canine Association from the
Socialist Republic of Romania, established in 1976, in
1990 was divided into the Canine Association of
Romania (AChR), affiliated with the Federation Canine
International (FCI) and the Union of Independent
Canine Associations in Romania (UAChIR), both based in
Bucharest. The Romanian Shepherd Dogs National Club
(CNCCR) was established in 1998, and was recognised by
the Ministry of Agriculture and Food as the sole
organisation empowered to represent all matters in
connection with the Romanian Shepherd dogs, nationally
and internationally.
Over the past five years, a succession of court cases
have had to solve the existence of two associations
both claiming the same name: ‘AChR’, having different
management, head offices and bank accounts. The
conflicting legal and organisational circumstances
perpetuated ever since 1990 have endangered the
international homologation of the Romanian Shepherd
breed.

‘FCI not a FIFA of kennelling ’

The statute of the FCI does not suggest that the
Federation has exclusive rights over the international
homologation of canine breeds. ‘Neither is the German
Shepherd Dogs National Club a member of the FCI,
exactly in order for it to have a control over the
spread of the breed around the world and to prevent
the issuance of fake documents and arranged referee
judgements. CNCCR will also remain outside the FCI as
long as the latter continues to cover, to approve of,
accept and protect such fakes and arrangements made
behind the stage’, says Cezar Osiceanu, Vice-President
of the CNCCR.

the mess that we now have in the canine movement!’

‘Pedigree papers are issued by COR based on
insemination statements. We are just processing the
data that we take for granted. The individual person
is responsible for the information he/she gives us.
Those statements are stamped by the territorial
associations that have supposedly endorsed the
veridicality of the paper. It is their job to check
things. If anyone has accusations to extend, let them
produce evidence and the matter can always be settled
in court’.

‘There has been a major dispute of the competence of
the canine associations, but I am not that familiar
with the subject. I cannot remember the order signed
in 2004… I am ready to take responsibility if it is
proven that the order that I signed is illegal. I do
not deny the possibility that those who presented the
documents in favour of the AChR may have had a obscure
arguments. I am not ruling out CNCCR’s arguments
either.’

Wow,
nu cred ca trebuie postate toate problemele de pe parcursul dezvoltarii rasei. Eu cred ca ar fi foarte descurajant pentru un strain care ar vrea sa isi cumpere un mIoritic sau alta rasa romaneasca dupa ce ar citi tot ce a fost postat mai sus de catre Dl Osiceanu. Problemele interne ar trebui sa ramana interne

Nu sunt in masura sa zic ca e adevarat sau nu......dar ne fac altii destula reclama negativa, nu cred ca este necesar sa ne mai facem si noi.

Daca intradevar sunt vizitatori si la Foreigners Area, atunci ar trebui intampinati cu povesti incurajatoare, poze cu cainii etalon si succese ale raselor pe podiumuri internationale si nu numai.
